Iku (death).

The great hunter that hunts Ajanaku
Fearless in the face of the great beast
But there will be only one victor
the day he ventures against Iku
The great hunter that turns Ajanaku
to a pile of bones
Would be reduced to nothing
In the face of the Angel of Death

The knowledge of the future is unknown
Nay! says the soothsayer
I predicted the death of the beast slayer!
If he truly had the knowledge of the unknown
He should have been able to evade Iku
But there is no denying the inevitable
All men must die

No one will be left alive.

Keys and Strings

Astonished I am By thine comely grace Lush green leaves swaying in the breeze All hang their apex in jealousy When you walk by The midday sun is it as hot As your cool beauty. Awesomeness is your birthright Omidan, Arẹwà Ọmọge míì. I don't know how to play the harp I'd have sing to you With the strings. And I can't play the piano I'd have made you blush With the keys. All I know is lines I hope my lines are strong enough To reel you in. To me, Mine and mine alone. There is love in sharing, But I can't share my love. I'm the sole proprietor here.  Ridwan Akinkunmi Àjàgbé. Abu Marwan (Sophocles)

The Great Fire

Consuming all in it’s path Sprinting around with energy abound Shapeless like an ameoba Burning twigs, hides, fur and skin Destroying everything it touches Licking the ground clean Insatiable, more victims it want Leaving desolation in it’s wake Making landlord homeless And the homeless hopeless Fiery body of destruction Grey, colourless and white ashes Marking it’s trail Melting iron And boiling steel The great fire consumes all And spare none. I seek refuge in the Lord From the evils of the fire.
